Straw yellowing color. The nose has floral notes and hints of grapefruit. On the palate, the presence of minerals makes it fresh and delicate. Ideal in combination with fish-based dishes, particularly shellfish, cruestaceans and smoked fish. Serving temperature 10-12° C
