Description
A quartet of local grapes, with Grenache, Viognier, Roussanne and Clairette, have given birth to this wine. We have worked with the identity of each and their complementarity to create a stunning balance in which each of them expresses its varietal notes to produce a supremely aromatic wine, all in finesse with subtle foral notes. Golden yellow with greenish highlights. A complexe nose of white flowers, honeysuckle, lime blossom. In the mouth it is elegand and diaphanous, with lovely smoothness, bright fruit and persistent freshness. It can be enjoyed immedately or cellared up to 3 years.
