Pinot Grigio Rose Venezie IGT 2021

Brilliant straw yellow colour; very delicate bouquet with hints of white flowers and fresh fruits at the nose, in particular fresh apricot and peaches. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes very well with hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes, in particular lobster and crabmeat. It also forms an excellent accompaniment for soups and white meats. Serve chilled at 8°-10° C. It should be consumed within the first year of harvest.
