Melon de Bourgogne 2020

This wine is covered with a bright yellow colour, slightly golden with green glint. The nose is delicate but expressive, with great purity and freshness. Elegant lemony notes mingle with white flowers and pineapple. On the palate, the attack is ample, then acidulous giving it a nice tension and a persistent finish very mineral, embellished by a nice bitterness of lime zest.
