Description
The Sonnenuhr (“Sundial”) vineyard is a precipitously steep, rocky site that consistently yields some of the most elegant white wines in the world. Auslese (“selective late-harvest”) indicates very ripe grapes with a touch of botrytis. Pair this wine with fruit based desserts or with semi-soft cheeses like blue cheese.
